I all the time used to read piece of writing in news papers but now as I am a user of internet so from now I am using net for posts, thanks to web.

When I originally left a comment I appear to have clicked the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and from now on each time a comment is added I recieve four emails with the exact same comment. There has to be an easy method you can remove me from that service? Appreciate it!
